One Foot Forward - Update

Did you know that 1 in 5 people experience symptoms of mental illness each year? In fact, every day in Australia, 8 people will die from suicide. From our office, Sarah will be participating in a virtual walking challenge with the goal of walking 250km in the month of October. By putting one foot forward and walking 250km the overall goal is to make a difference to the lives of people touched by mental illness and suicide.
