At Newton Real Estate we use the most up to date property management software in the industry. Our property owners receive a detailed monthly statement each month via email showing all rental incomes and disbursements. We also provide our property owners with a year end summary statement at the end of each financial year, to give to their tax accountant. Our accounting system also allows us to pay directly into your designated bank account.

We believe that the key to our success is in the personal relationships that we have developed with our customers. Working for owners of rental homes and with their residents requires constant communication. At Newton Real Estate we believe that quality communication is the key to the success of any organisation. We assist our property owners and residents by having independent qualified maintenance technicians effect any necessary maintenance and repairs. We request that your tenants send all maintenance orders in writing.

We use nationally accredited, professional businesses to ensure both our landlords and tenants are provided with a high quality service that is easy and simple to use such as online tenancy application forms, landlord insurance and Maintenance Manager App to log repairs.
