The location of the property is excellent, with Caringbah Library and shopping centre only a short walk, providing supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks and public transport via buses, trains and taxis. Easy to catch the train to and from Cronulla Beach, Miranda Westfield, Sydney Airport, Sydney city and many other destinations on our extensive rail network.
Only a 5 minute drive to Westfield Miranda and Cronulla's world class beaches.
There is off street parking provided for 1 vehicle to park in front of the lock up garage. (The lock up garage is not available to rent.)

The villa was very clean and well set out. We were worried that being on a main road we would have traffic noise but once inside the villa we could hardly hear it . The villa is very large with 3 double bedrooms and a huge loungeroom, the ensuite and main bathroom are new and squeaky clean.
The villa is a very short walk to Caringbah shopping centre which has supermarkets , hotels, restaurants and a rail and bus link to the whole of Sydney and Cronulla beach.
We stayed near 2 weeks and can recommend the villa as great value for money.
