Sales Agent - Full Time

An opportunity now exists for experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our sales team, located in the Sutherland Shire. Attractive salary / commission earning potential. We are a dynamic business - professional, forward thinking and customer focused.

The Role
Working Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu, this is a busy, fast paced role, suited to a self-motivated, well driven, ambitious individual.

Joining an established and successful team, you will be involved in all facets of the sales process:
- Prospecting for sales leads
- Database management
- Handling phone and email enquiry
- Conducting open homes
- Attending appraisal appointments
- Attending auctions
- Client care and buyer follow up
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers, auctioneers etc
- Sales negotiations
- Managing the exchange process

Sales Associate - Full Time

This role is excellent for someone who has the ambition to excel in his/her career with the opportunity for exceptional career growth.

We are looking for a confident, self-starter who is keen to learn, can work unsupervised as well as follow instructions. Good communication skills are a must, as is an enthusiastic attitude.

To be successful in this role, you need to have prior real estate experience and have a Certificate of Registration (or Assistant Agent) qualification as a minimum.

The role will involve Saturday work (with a day off in lieu), some manual tasks (eg putting out open home sign boards), conducting Open Homes, inspections and some administration.

Office Manager

We have an opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team at Newton Real Estate. Based in Caringbah the key focus of this role is to manage all administration and bookkeeping functions to ensure efficient operations of the office. If you have competency in MYOB, HR, Systems and managing a small admin team then this full time role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office management ensuring Administration workload is coordinated to meet deadlines
- Oversee the general day to day running of the office (i.e. office equipment, office maintenance, essential services, stationery, housekeeping)
- MYOB Payroll, Superannuation, P&L reports, Bank Reconciliations, BAS returns
- Coordinating and supervising Accounts Payable
- Timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, credit card reconciliations
- Instigating and maintaining company policies, procedures & compliance
- Maintaining the company assets, including telephones and vehicles
- Supplier negotiations and agreements
- Providing executive support to the Directors
- Maintain meeting agendas, actively participating in all meetings
- Supervising HR functions, maintain & update leave calendar and related information
- Seek to maintain ongoing, positive working relationships with all staff and senior management
- Ensuring efficient communication with staff at all times
- Maintain document management and e-filing systems
- Provide administration support to Marketing team, inc monthly schedules, event co-ordinator
- Provide administration support to IT such as meeting room support, setting up of new computer & coordinating with IT consultants.

Requirements for this role
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced MYOB, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, One note skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and openness to learn new things
- Punctual and dependable at all times
- Ability to deliver quality work within the required timeframe
